The Warren Commission was a complete Fraud there is no way around it. Half the members of the Warren Commission could not meet the minimum constitutional requirements of Due Process and Equal Protection to be a juror on a jay walking ticket trial of John F. Kennedy. It is that simple an Executive Order carries zero constitutional authority that being the case then the Warren Commission finding carries absolutely no legal weight.
