Not much content here, but I thought that this video of the first Thanksgiving--as told by children--was pretty good. As they say, "out of the mouths of babes."
It's cute, but "out of the mouths of babes" isn't really an accurate description for something obviously written and produced by adults. That children were used to create a satire on the traditional school Thanksgiving pageant doesn't make it some kind of spontaneous childlike ... never mind. I'm being humorless.

@Ahist: Well, of course it was written and produced by adults. That seems obvious.
ReplyDeleteBut putting it into the format of a childrens' school play is what makes it especially striking.
